The Beginning

In 2014, Florida Hardwood Floor was founded by Luis Castro, who came from Cuba in pursuit of the American Dream. With a passion for craftsmanship and dedication to hard work, Luis laid the foundation for what would become a trusted name in hardwood floor installation and repair across South Florida.

First Commercial Project

Just one year later, our growing reputation earned us our very first commercial hardwood flooring project. This milestone marked our expansion from residential services into larger-scale flooring solutions for businesses, offices, and commercial spaces.

2017, we had expanded our expertise to include floor refinishing, wood stair building, and stair flooring installation. This addition allowed us to provide complete transformation services for both homes and businesses—restoring old floors to their original beauty and creating elegant stairways to match.
